Suggested Use
One heaping scoop twice daily, dissolve
in 6-8 fl oz of water or your favorite beverage. Mix well before
drinking. Best taken on an empty stomach and used with Flax
Oil.
Also, if using this product for more than one
or two months at a time, there may be an accelerated depletion of
essential minerals. To compensate for this depletion, trace
minerals, calcium, magnesium, potassium,
and zinc supplementation should be considered.
