The Blue Man, To Be Blue or To Be Dead?

The major media from Fox to CNN to ABC are
again running what amounts to a propaganda blitzkrieg against
colloidal silver with stories about a man, Paul Karason of
Madera California, who developed a cosmetic condition called
Argyria, from using large quantities of homemade colloidal
silver. As usual, they have to dredge up “old news”;
as with this case from fourteen years ago. Seldom do they
ever give any substantial background to such stories, leaving
in the minds of their viewers and listeners images of people
turning blue from using almost any amount or any kind of colloidal
silver.
Beyond the intent of mainstream media to discredit
the use of silver, this story is not only about Argyria if
some kinds of “colloidal silver” are used in excessive
quantities, but is unintentionally a story about the life
saving ability of silver. Paul started making and taking colloidal
silver because of life threatening and dehabilitating diseases,
Arthritis, Diabetes and an unspecified liver condition, possibly
Hepatitis. It is his claims of the living saving benefits
of colloidal silver that the media just skims over and in
most cases completely leaves out of printed stories. He specifically
credits colloidal silver for saving his life and says he had
rather be blue than dead. Not a difficult choice for him when
the efforts of mainstream medicine apparently failed. Not
only is he alive, but he is apparently healthy and happy.
What the controlled media doesn’t tell
you is that these “blue people” always use one
of several “kinds” of colloidal silver to excess,
drinking upwards of a quart or more a day for long periods
of time. If you take any “patented drug”, “mainstream
medicine”, or “over-the-counter-medication”
and use any of them to a similar excess, you will not be alive
to go before the news media and talk about it. The blueness
or grayness you experience may well be that associated with
being in a horizontal position, six feet under.
In fact, thousands die each year from simply
using the recommended or prescribed doses of many patented
drugs. This is what actually happens to tens of thousands
of people using such drugs every year. (Read

list of death causing drugs range from aspirin to Tylenol
to anti-biotics, but you will never see a media blitz about
it. If silver were even indirectly attributed to one death,
there would be SWAT teams ready to pounce and shut down the
manufacturers and sellers. Instead the worst they have is
a rare cosmetic condition that doesn’t even cause death.
The current “blue man” admits
to consuming homemade ionic silver in large and frequent quantities
for a long period of time and as a result eventually developed
Argyria. Without any doubt he would make a very convincing
Papa Smurf for a television movie and he wouldn’t need
any makeup, but he is not at all representative of a typical
colloidal silver user, even one who uses silver every day.
I can personally attest to that; I have averaged using from
a tablespoon or so per day to occasionally using several ounces
a day for a few days when I felt a bug coming on. Supposedly
it is the heavy silver use and exposure to sunlight that triggers
the condition. Well, I am an extraordinarily active man who
is out of doors in the sun as much as I am indoors and as
you can see in a recent picture on http://utopiasilver.com/about.htm;
I am certainly not blue.
The news stories seldom if ever give information about the
many different kinds of products called “colloidal silver”.
There are products that have low PPMs and small particles,
like our Advanced Colloidal Silver, which is mineral and distilled
water only and has almost no chance of causing Argyria even
with more than modest use. There are many so-called colloidal
silver products made with animal protein, salines and nitrates
that may have several thousand PPMs. These large particle,
high PPM products without doubt have the capability of causing
Argyria, but only with frequent and heavy use. Even then the
cases are far and few between and should not be taken as representative
of colloidal silver use any more than the thousands of organ
failures and deaths are representative of over-the-counter
painkillers, such as aspirin, Tylenol and acetaminophen. Painkillers

The biggest problem with such stories as this
hyper-sensationalized “Blue Man” is the fact that
it keeps the public attention, whether intentionally or inadvertently,
away from potentially pandemic diseases and problems caused
directly by the use of anti-biotics. Super-germs attributable
to the use and overuse of antibiotics caused an estimated
40,000 deaths and possibly many times more in North American
alone and are in the hundreds of thousands, possibly millions
worldwide. It is very disturbing that although mainstream
medicine and mainstream media coverage have addressed this
issue somewhat, they almost always leave out the number of
deaths because it is so shockingly large. They would never
cover-up such numbers or even “a death” if it
involved colloidal silver. I think that if someone drowned
in a vat of colloidal silver, it would be reported as a colloidal
silver “caused” death.
The disingenuity of the mainstream media has
made statements related to Paul Karason saying such things
as, “While it is true that microscopic silver particles
have some germ-killing properties, they've since been replaced
by much more effective and safer drugs.” While grudgingly
admitting some benefit of silver, they always overstate the
positive aspects of “patented” drug use. One can
only wonder where these safer and more effective drugs are.
The popular antibiotic erythromycin reportedly causes six
deaths for every 10,000 people taking it in conjunction with
other drugs and this is only the tip of the iceberg.
Just remember, there is often an agenda associated
with stories that are regularly “planted” in the
mainstream media about “colloidal silver” and
other alternative healthcare products. That ultimate agenda
is to bring all “healthcare” under the regulatory
authority of “government” agencies such as the
FDA and sooner than later under the authority of CODEX (http://www.codexalimentarius.net/web/index_en.jsp),
which is simply a giant step into the integration of our society
into the advancing International Federalist Governance (The
Novus Ordo Seclorum).
Here is side note that I will elaborate on
in a later article:
Believe it or not, the USFDA has no regulatory authority over
the manufacture or sale of any food, supplement or over any
drug for that matter in my opinion. It may only regulate interstate
commerce, which is only the transportation and shipment between
any state or territory and within the District of Columbia
or within any other territory not organized with a legislative
body. Read the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act that brought this
“out of control” agency into existence in 1938.
I will post it later on our website, because you must read
the original act to get most of the correct language. In recent
government postings, certain key phrases are deliberately
left out so that we will forget what they were originally
intended to do and to mean.
Further proof that the FDA has a very narrow
and limited authority as do all “federal” agencies
can be found in the 18th and 21st Amendments to the Constitution,
where alcohol was initially “outlawed” and then
later was purported to have been “re-legalized”.
In fact, what was done with the 21th Amendment was to bring
the 18th Amendment “the alcohol prohibition amendment”
back into compliance with the Constitution. The 18th Amendment
had overstepped the boundaries of the federal government regulatory
authority; the 21st corrected that Constitutional violation.
I will detail this in a later editorial/opinion piece that
will give you some insight into the truth about many of our
so-called laws used by Federal agencies to treat us as mere
cattle/animals and beat us into submission.
We must all be independent-thinking Men and
Women and not allow ourselves to be controlled, coerced, and
manipulated by forces that have hidden agendas for our lives.
Our lives belong to us, not to the government and not to the
mega-corporations. We all (you and I) have certain God-given
unalienable Rights, including, but not limited to, the Right
to determine how to best care for our health, without restriction,
but if don’t make the decision to keep it regardless
of the consequences, we will lose that Right along with all
other Rights of self determination.

Aaron Russo- American Hero
Acclaimed and award winning filmmaker Aaron
Russo died on August 24, 2007 at the time that I was passing
out his DVD "America- Freedom to Fascism" to truckers
at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas. This article
is a tribute to an American Hero and Patriot and one of the
very few Great Men of our day. I can count those Men for myself
on one hand, starting with my own Father, but Aaron Russo
is close behind. Those of us who are on the frontlines of
this Freedom Fight and have put our livelihood and possibly
our lives on the line to preserve our Constitutional Republic

largely ignored by the media. He wins every debate in the

unlawful actions of the FDA, which is nothing more than an
extension of the pharma-industrial complex that has gained
almost total control of America's healthcare system and is
intent upon seeing that all alternative healthcare choices

Robber Barons, At It Again
The Pharma-Industrial Complex is at it again.
Using it’s enormous influence within Congress and with
it’s almost total control of the USFDA, rules have been
designed and readied to completely gut the God-given Rights
of American citizens to choose how to best care for their
own health. This so-called final rule for dietary supplement
good manufacturing practices (CGMPs) if allowed to stand would
lay the ground work for an almost complete shutdown of most
small supplement manufacturing businesses.
The FDA is not a benevolent organization out
to protect the interests of the citizens of this nation; it
is a non-Constitutional “administrative entity”
acting under “color of law” with its’ “officials”
acting under “color of office” and is nothing
less than a hammer to protect the interests of big pharmaceutical
companies and the medical establishment industry. Its’
primary purpose is to eliminate the competition of small dietary
supplement companies and, by force if necessary, to either
regulate them out of business or to bring them under the complete
control of the FDA, which in reality means under the control
of the big multi-national drug companies.
The FDA itself states in this 800 page “rule”,
“We find that this final rule will have a significant
economic impact on a substantial number of small entities....
Establishments with above average costs, and even establishments
with average costs, could be hard pressed to continue to operate.
Some of these may decide it is too costly and either change
product lines or go out of business.... 140 very small [less
than 20 employees] and 32 small dietary supplement manufacturers
[less than 500 employees] will be at risk of going out of
business.... costs per establishment are proportionally higher
for very small than for large establishments....The regulatory
costs of this final rule will also discourage new small businesses
from entering the industry.” They are openly and arrogantly
admitting their purpose and goal.
Remember one thing, the God-given, unalienable
Rights that this nation was founded upon have not changed
and will never change. It is worth reading and remembering
a document signed on July 04, A.D. 1776 by a small group of
men who had a vision that transformed political reality around
the world. Following are a few key paragraphs excerpted, in
the interest of brevity, from that “Declaration of Independence”.
First, I would like to define one of the most important words
in this document. There is much that can be written about
this declaration and understanding this one word is one of
the keys to understanding what this document means. That word
is “unalienable”.
“Unalienable” means, “incapable
of being aliened, that is being, sold or transferred”.
To break it down further, “Un” simply means, “Not”.
“Alienable” means, “Proper to be the subject
of alienation or transfer”. “Lien” means,
“A claim, encumbrance, or charge on property of payment
of some debt, obligation or duty”.
Most understand what it means to have a lien against their
home or their car, but few have put this concept together
with their basic God-given and non-negotiable Rights. If a
thing cannot be aliened, sold or transferred, then it is “non-negotiable”,
meaning, “not capable of passing title or property by
endorsement or delivery.” This means that even you and
I cannot give our God-given Rights away. We are stuck with
them whether we want them or not.
To harken back to small book called “The
Law”, by Frederick Bastiat, the axiom in this equation
that must be remembered is that Rights given by the Creator/God
cannot be taken from one man by another man or group of men.
Only God has the Right to place a “Lien” on Rights
that he has given. Using a commercial law concept, one man
cannot be the “holder in value” or “holder
in due course” of another man’s God-given Rights-
no matter what.
In CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of
America,
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for
one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected
them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth,
the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature
and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the
opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the
causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created
equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and
the pursuit of Happiness.
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among
Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of
these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish
it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation

invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them
under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty,
to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for
their future security.
Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and
such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their
former Systems of Government. The history of the present King
of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations,
all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute
Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted
to a candid world.
…Nor have We been wanting in attentions
to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to
time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable
jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances
of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to
their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured
them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations,
which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.
We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces
our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind,
Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
I submit to you that one of those “unalienable”
Rights that the Creator has endowed us with is a right that
the “Robber Barons”, the criminal cartel of the
FDA and the drug companies would place a “lien”
on. That is the individual Right to decide how best to care
for our health. I believe it is their intent to steal this
God-given Right by eliminating small supplement companies
and dietary supplement healthcare and prevention, which will
put us on the fast track to making alternative healthcare
choices as cost prohibitive as establishment healthcare is
now. The only real option they want us to have is to buy their
high priced patented drugs or higher priced supplements which
they will then control.

anyone wonders what the America of tomorrow will be like,
we need only look at the third world with its poverty, pollution,
hunger and disease, … but it doesn’t have to happen
that way. America, the land of “opportunity” is
racing toward being overwhelmed by third world immigrants
who generally are less concerned with assimilation into mainstream
“American culture” than most immigrants of the

One
of the most dangerous of junk foods and/or drinks is carbonated
sugar drinks/soda pop. Not only is their content of sugar
and benzine compounds very damaging to the body, but the fact
that it is used as a substitute for pure water should also
be a concern.
Next
to Texas’ own Blue Bell ice cream, my biggest weakness
is carbonated drinks, but I have, for a number of years, limited
myself to an average of one per week. Millions of children
and adults grab a soda pop every time they get thirsty, which
often does little to quench their thirst, but instead pumps
their bodies full of toxins. Not only do these drinks do cellular
damage, but I believe that the number one cause of obesity
today, among adults and children is these so-called “soft

A ceramist who earned his master of fine
arts degree from Alfred University in upstate New York is
helping to combat water problems in Iraq. Richard Wukich,
now a professor of ceramics at Slippery Rock University, Pittsburgh,
was contacted by the United States military for help with
the serious issue of contaminated water in Iraq. Ceramic bowls
impregnated with colloidal silver are geing used to purify
water for drinking purposes in the war ravaged areas of Irag
where public facilities have been either damaged or destroyed.
This is nothing less than a contradiction that raises
some very interesting questions of science and politics which
may very well be answered only by Congressional investigations
into the corrupt and incestuous relationships between Federal
regulatory agencies and major pharmaceutical companies who
have a vested interest in suppressing any technology that
might compete with their "patented drugs". On one
hand the United States military is actively trying to solve
real life issues in Irag with known and proven science, while
on the other hand, corrupted Federal and State agencies are
running interference and carrying "polluted" water
for major drug companies.

Most people, including physicians, are not aware of the medical
politics, legal machinations and economic sanctions that covertly
control the practice of medicine in the United States. A physician
who introduces an innovative and nontraditional type of therapy
often becomes the target of those forces. That is especially
true if a new therapy, like EDTA chelation: 1) involves a
major shift in the scientific paradigm; 2) if acceptance of
the new therapy somehow implies that currently used medical
practices are inappropriate; or 3) if the new therapy threatens
the financial well being of a politically powerful and well
established branch of the medical profession. Quite the opposite
occurred with the immediate and widespread acceptance of bypass
surgery and balloon angioplasty, which quickly brought wealth

Cherry farmers have been denied their God-given and Constitutionally
secured Right to freedom of speech to simply speak the truth
about the health benefits of their produce. The clear implication
is, if you are selling a food that has any health benefit,
you must not speak that truth in a public forum. It does not
matter how much scientific research has been done or that
it may be a historically accepted fact, if you dare utter
such words, ordinary fruit will micraculously become a "drug".
What happens next is even more unbelievable. The illusionists
and other gangsters at the FDA then claim since your cherries
are now "drugs", the FDA has regulatory authority
over them and therefore you must be licensed to sell these
drugs. If you do not obtain a license to sell this "new
drug", jack-booted thugs working for this federal corporation
agency may then steal your produce and your business in order
to protect the public from these dangerous "drugs".
The catch 22 is, even if it were an honest and just system,
the licensing process for "new drugs" is generally
so expensive that few if any small companies or farmers can
ever afford to engage this process. The real reason for this
insanity is very simple and very clear. What we are witnessing
is a corrupt and disingenuous system designed primarily to
protect the interests of the pharmaceutical industry; not
to protect the health of the "public". Read

Diets and dietary supplements that are well recognized worldwide,
particularly in Europe, as having substantial health benefit
are often ignored or given little attention in by mainstream
medicine in the United States of America. Is it a matter of
public health concerns, ignorance or simply a matter of greed?
Although the truth is obvious, that is probably a question
that can be best answered at the highest echelons of America's
medical establishment, the boardrooms of the pharma-industrial
complex and within the backrooms of the United States Food
and Drug Administration.
It's
almost as if research and knowledge in healthcare is being
communicated by indecipherable hieroglyphics sent via pony
express and slow steamboat from other parts of the world.
What gives here? Does the American medical system not have
the capability of receiving and evaluating research from around
the world in a timely fashion? In fact, much of this research
is and has been performed in this country, but because of
a Cosa Nostra-like control by special interest groups within
America's medical establishment and “government”,
it often stays buried from the light of day.
The
bigger problem here is not the ignorance of truth demonstrated
by history and verified by modern scientific research by those
choosing to be ignorant at their own detriment, but the imposition
of this dark ages mentality on everyone else with the force
of “government”. Is it possible that the primary
reason for this seeming insanity is that it may hurt the sale
of high priced patented drugs that as often as not simply
treat symptoms rather than the cause of disease? Has the world’s
reputed bastion of freedom become a Tyranny ruled with an
iron fist by special interests that have so corrupted government
agencies that even truthful information is stifled?
What
kind of freedom is there if speaking the truth about non-“government”
approved health benefits of food and/or supplements becomes
a crime against the state? Has the ringing of the freedom
bell finally been cracked into silence in the very nation
that showed the world that man’s tyranny over other
men is contrary to God’s Law? If we do not have the
freedom to speak, not only our opinions, but simple truth,
then what freedoms are truly left to do anything? It is high
time that the U. S. Congress exercise its’ authority
and investigate the travesties taking place in corporate and

As documented by Dr. Gary Null and other experts in previous articles, the number one cause of death in America is patented drugs and mainstream medicine. According to the premise set forth in Mr. Morley's article, mainstream medicine may demand
and insist on your faith, but it has in many ways not earned
it. While at the same time realizing this truth, we must also
recognize that emergency and trauma medicine should, for the
most part, not be included in this indictment of the medical
