The prosecution-NO!, the persecution- of the Charles and Heather Maude Family by a criminal federal "government" is a story that we should all take to heart. It is an example of how the administration of American government has been almost completely co-opted by the globalist banking & pharmaceutical gangsters that rule the world. The State Motto of South Dakota is "Under God The People Rule!". This is actually the premise upon which the American Republic was founded. But it has not been in practice by our Federal government for more decades than most of us can remember. The globalist criminals who are essentially attempting to burn our American Organic Law (Declaration of Independence and Constitution) on the trash heap of history are finally being placed in check. Ultimately, these gangsters who have misappropriated and misused the People’s government must be prosecuted for treason!

Although the Biden administration is getting the bulk of the blame for this atrocity (and they damn well deserve it!), these kinds of criminal acts by the gangster Federal government did not start in 2021. It started many decades ago and has continually grown as the globalist/Democrats and other Bolsheviks (including R-I-N-O Republicans) have gained power and control in the USA and the world.

My family & I and our supplement company have fought a similar battle for 21 years (since 2004) with the Federal government (FDA), The State of Texas and their co-conspirators (Google). I, with the aid of several friends, fought a lawsuit in Texas State District Court for almost 10 years (2004-2014). Although it was a civil case, we were informed that it had criminal penalties (that meant likely prison time). The attorney-of-record for the FDA complaint against us was the Texas Attorney General. These state attorneys for the purpose of this lawsuit were made “commissioned officers” of the Federal Drug Administration. (Note: An officer of the Texas attorney general’s office also being a commissioned officer of a Federal regulatory agency was a gross violation of the separation of powers between Federal and State governments.)

From the beginning the prosecution informed us that we were being fined $25,000.00 for every day that we didn’t agree to settle the case. This was somewhere between 3,285 and 3,650 days all total. This went on from 2004 until the government themselves “Non-Suited” the case in 2014. Our crime was for believing we had the right to exercise Freedom of Speech in conducting our business. We had posted on our supplement website Customer Testimonials along with numerous articles about the benefits of various minerals and vitamins in maintaining good health and boosting immunity against disease.

Coinciding with the dropping of the case against us, we immediately became the apparent target of “Big Tech” search engines. On Internet searches we went from being on the top of the first page to steadily dropping to pages so far down the list that very few searchers even go there. We were also banned from buying Ad Clicks by Google. Because of Google’s search engine monopoly, we repeatedly submitted ads without success and with no explanation-…until finally Google responded as to why our Ad Clicks were being continually rejected. Behold!-We were informed that we were Russian colluders. Google accused us of “selling goods or services to a prohibited country”. Ironically, we had a very small foreign market and none at all in Russia. In fact, we had never sold or shipped anything to any customer in Russia.
