William R. Mitchell, Rita Verstuyft, Roberto Valdez, & others (all personally liable in their individual capacities & as agents of the herein described Corporation(s)),
This Notice is presented “at-arms-length” to the herein specified corporations and is a denial of any assumption or presumption of jurisdiction of the business corporations UVALDE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT & UVALDE COUNTY/ COUNTY OF UVALDE, et alia; and of any natural person employees/agents/fiduciaries of said corporations (i.e. William R. Mitchell, Rita Verstuyft, Roberto Valdez, and others, et. alia.), over the natural person “Ben W. Taylor” and his Constitutionally secured God-given Right to unencumbered private property ownership. This denial of “jurisdiction” includes, but is not limited to all claims of, “corporate jurisdiction”, “administrative jurisdiction”, “process jurisdiction”, “consent jurisdiction”, “in personam jurisdiction”, or “in rem jurisdiction”, etc..
Due to the ongoing non-Constitutional overreach of these herein listed agents, fiduciaries, and employees of these governmental unit business corporations, this letter is to briefly present certain facts for the purpose of rebutting and correcting assumptions apparently made by the afore-addressed natural persons in their individual capacities of the business corporations specified above. Following are a few of the more pertinent statements of fact in rebuttal to Roberto Valdez’ “Notice of Appraised Value”:
- Ben W. Taylor is a natural person and is not the legal fiction entity, TAYLOR BEN W (identified as Owner ID: 152221), addressed in your recent mailing titled “2023 Notice of Appraised Value” placed in Mail Box 431, Utopia Texas;
- The private property of Ben W. Taylor is identified in original Common Law in metes and bounds (Ref: County of Uvalde Public Records) and as being 14.9 acres of land out of Survey No. 935, Jose Calderon, Original Patent Grantee, Abst. No. 120, Uvalde County, Texas, sometimes referred to as Tract No. 41, Seco Ridge Ranch, Uvalde County, Texas and is not your corporation identified property on your “appraisal” notice as “29590”;
- Ben W. Taylor has never signed any Constitutionally lawful and sufficiently valid contract (private or commercial) agreeing to any kind of lien (perpetual or otherwise) on his property with the business corporations UVALDE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT (Ref: d-u-n-s 784493306, et alia), & UVALDE COUNTY/ COUNTY OF UVALDE (Ref: d-u-n-s No. 074612813, et alia)or their natural person agents or officials. (If you contend to the contrary, show me a full disclosure contract willingly, knowingly, and voluntarily signed by Ben W Taylor.);
* Ben W. Taylor is not a tenant on the above described property, nor are UVALDE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT and UVALDE COUNTY/ COUNTY OF UVALDE landlords of said property;
- Ben W. Taylor has never agreed with full disclosure to be agent, fiduciary, or surety for the governmental corporation created legal fiction TAYLOR BEN W or any other all caps version of same;
- Ben W. Taylor is not an agent, official, employee, fiduciary, or surety for the business corporations UVALDE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT and UVALDE COUNTY/ COUNTY OF UVALDE;
- TAYLOR BEN W/BEN W TAYLOR is a legal fiction entity created by governmental unit business corporation(s) without my consent which has no Constitutionally lawful interest what-so-ever in any private property belonging to the natural person Ben W Taylor;
* These above specified corporations, UVALDE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT (Ref: d-u-n-s 784493306, et alia), & UVALDE COUNTY/ COUNTY OF UVALDE (Ref: d-u-n-s No. 074612813, et alia), etc. have no lawful authority to encumber my Right to use or possess private property;
* As you have been previously and repeatedly notified, there is no DBA: starry night bunkhouse lodge. [That structure belonged to the ex-wife of Ben W. Taylor which she moved (in or about 2010) to another county where she has also lived (in that structure) since about that time.]
Notice of Certain Background Facts:
Governmental unit corporate jurisdiction claims and assumptions exist only by virtue of presumed authority over other governmental corporation created legal fiction personas such as “TAYLOR BEN W/BEN W TAYLOR”. Such fictions have no ability to breath, no ability to think, and no ability to speak or to communicate in any way. Nor do these fictional entities have any ability to “act” in response to property tax appraisals or to render payment for the resulting unlawful and non-Constitutional assessments on the Right to own property. Such property taxations enforced by threat of confiscation using liens (as these corporate claims of the authority to tax are essentially perpetual open-ended liens) are not lawful conditions for the exercise of a God-given Right as set forth in the numerous founding documents of the American Republic.
A Right under American Organic Law cannot be encumbered in any way, including but not limited to, being taxed as a condition to exercise that Right. Thus the deception and fraud is accomplished only by entities and personas (TAYLOR BEN W/BEN W TAYLOR) that do not exist in reality. These fictional entities are the mechanism thru which the now so-called “deep state” (recognized by almost everyone at the “federal” level) circumvents the American Constitution and enslaves the American people. Although generally out of ignorance of truth, William Mitchell, Rita Verstuyft, Roberto Valdez and other natural person agents, fiduciaries, and employees of these governmental business corporations are never-the-less party to the destruction of the American Constitution and the American Republic by acting as enforcers of an un-Constitutional system of property taxation and confiscation. This system violates the very essence of the purposes of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution that set forth the founding of the American Republic. These “enforcers” are therefore responsible and culpable for these violations in their individual natural person capacities and therefore without any supposed sovereign or corporate “immunities”.
Should any governmental corporation agent or employee attempt to use the false excuse that property taxation has gone on for many decades in one form or another, I would remind them that any authority or claimed authority that violates American and Texas Constitutional protections is “void ab initio” regardless of how long they have been unlawfully enforced. (Example: Slavery of Africans on the American Continent existed from the arrival of Columbus until the American Civil War-almost 373 years later. Note also that slavery existed in America among the various indigenous tribes for thousands of years as a spoil of war between those tribes and was still being practiced among some tribes into the late 1890s and early 1900s.) Slavery may have been considered legal at one time or another by “governmental entities”, but was still unlawful by virtue of God-given Rights protected & secured by American Organic Law. The same principle is true concerning property ownership Rights.
UVALDE COUNTY DEEP STATE INFORMATION:
In the past 4-5 years, there has been much commentary and broad public recognition of a corrupt and evil “deep state” operating within the infra-structure of American national “government”. This presence is not only a fact within the national government, but goes right down to the state, county, and municipal levels. This corruption on America has been accomplished not necessarily by individuals, but by the imposition of a corrupt “legal” system using legal fiction business corporations, along with their legal fiction creations attached to the persona of every natural person in the USA. The purpose has been to negate the God-given Rights of the American people so that the intended servant of the people has now become the master of the people. The “enforcement” of such non-Constitutional “corporate/statutory law” is not only the root of, but is in real-time practice, the “the deep state”.
These fictions (UVALDE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT & UVALDE COUNTY/ COUNTY OF UVALDE) are neither flesh & blood with real substance and do not possess any ability to “act” of their own volition. It is only natural person agents, employees, and fiduciaries (such as those listed herein) acting in their individual natural person capacities who are responsible for all Constitutional violations. Legal fictions can neither sign and execute orders, nor act to facilitate any order or demand concerning non-Constitutional taxation against natural persons and their private property. Therefore, it is apparent that these fictional creations exist for the purpose of creating certain false assumptions and therefore false obligations that are not possible with Natural People possessing God-given Rights (see the Declaration of Independence & the collective body of American Organic Law.) It is not possible to have the co-existence of a Natural Right along with a “by threat of force and violence” taxation that encumbers or presumes conditions on that Right.
The following definitions constitute the very foundation of those governmental business corporations now known and recognized as “the deep state”.
“Legal fiction” is accurately and astutely defined in Black’s Law Dictionary, 7th Edition, page 904 as,
“An assumption that something is true even though it may be untrue, made especially in judicial reasoning to alter how a legal rule operates. Also termed a fiction of law; fictio juris.” It further elaborates, “ I …employ the expression ‘Legal Fiction’ to signify any assumption which conceals, the fact that a rule of law has undergone alternation, its letter remaining unchanged, its operation being modified….It is not difficult to understand why fictions in all their forms are particularly congenial to the infancy of society. They satisfy the desire for improvement, which is not quite wanting, at the same time that they do not offend the superstitious disrelish for change which is always present.” Henry S. Maine, Ancient Law 21-22 (17th ed. 1901).
“Legal fiction is the mask that progress must wear to pass the faithful but blear-eyed watchers of our ancient legal treasures. But through legal fictions are useful in thus mitigating or absorbing the shock of innovation, they work havoc in the form of intellectual confusion.” Morris R. Cohen, Law and the Social Order 126 (1933).
Legal Fiction personas are evidenced by the use of an “all caps” name spelling (e.g., TAYLOR BEN W/BEN W TAYLOR) which in Roman civil law designates a status of “capitis diminutio maxima” rather than Capitalization which designates a Natural Person. “capitis diminutio maxima” is defined in Black’s Law (6th Edition, pg. 211) as, “The highest or most comprehensive loss of [legal] status; …when a man’s condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage.” From that false premise of Roman civil law comes the false presumption of authority that governmental business corporations can disregard the Constitutionally secured God-given Right to Property ownership and can therefore either directly or indirectly impose taxes on the exercise of that Right. When exercised to its only logical conclusion this unlawful authority not only violates the Right, but inevitably negates that God-given Right.
Who among you calling yourselves “public servants” are willing to stand against this non-Constitutional and obviously evil beast (666) system that will eventually force people to sell even mortgage-free homes and property or lose them to governmental corporation tax auctions? When the American economy collapses, as it has been designed to do, and the American people can no longer pay governmental corporation tax levies, it will be the natural person governmental corporate agents and employees who confiscate the people’s private property and sell it at public auction. Who will be the highest bidders for most of the homes and property of America’s people? It will be international consortiums and groups such as Quantum, Black Rock, Vanguard, and others like the Gates Foundation. These internationalist organizations along with our most frightening enemy- China, are already acquiring American properties at unprecedented rates. America used to be history’s greatest exception, but its own so-called “leaders and officials” who now serve a thousand governmental business corporations from Federal to County have systematically dismantled that exception and give only lip-service to their Oath of Office and our Constitution.
According to the Declaration of Independence the sole mandate of lawful American government is for the purpose of securing the God-given Rights of the people, not to force them to jump thru innumerable statutory hoops in order to exercise and retain those Rights. The basic principle of American government is also memorialized in the Texas Public Information Act statute,“(a) Under the fundamental philosophy of the American constitutional form of representative government that adheres to the principle that government is the servant and not the master of the people,
It should be obvious to all Americans, even those claiming to be “public servants”, that Rights cannot be taxed or licensed. If you are engaged in doing this, then you are committing crimes against the Constitution and the American People. There are other means to equitably collect funds for public necessities without imposing unlawful perpetual liens on the most productive of the American people. It is time for honest and decent public officials to stand up and take actions that adhere to the Constitutional principles set forth at the founding of this American Republic. Stop being party and co-conspirator to its destruction.
This document is presented by Right to Redress of Grievance under American Organic Law and not by authority of any governmental corporate administrative “law” statute or jurisdiction. Any corporate administrative “hearing(s)” provided or required by the UVALDE COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT (Ref: d-u-n-s No. 784493306, et alia), and/or UVALDE COUNTY/ COUNTY OF UVALDE (Ref: d-u-n-s No. 074612813,et alia, for the purpose of some corporate self-serving “protesting of valuation” or “relief” in matters already settled by The Supreme Law of The Land (Constitution & organic Law) concerning the private property of Ben W. Taylor are deemed moot and without jurisdiction. Notice Is Given to uvalde county appraisal district and uvalde county/county of uvalde to Cease and Desist with all demands concerning the private property of Ben W. Taylor (Affiant/Witness of this document).
Therefore:
Affiant declares under pain and penalty of perjury under the original organic jurisdiction of the United States of America that the foregoing information and statements are true and correct.
