Diatomaceous Earth Silica is mined from the remains of one-celled microscopic plants called diatoms and is a natural source of the essential mineral silica. These deposits are mined from underwater beds or ancient dried lake bottoms.

Suggested Usage:

Mix with about 6-8 oz. of water. If it doesn’t dissolve completely, simply swirl and then drink. Note: Do not “chew” as it may do damage to tooth enamel.
Adult maintenance- 1 tablespoon per day (morning or night on an empty stomach)
Adult therapeutic- 1-3 tablespoon per day (morning and night on an empty stomach)
