Magnesium Orotate  is a large molecule magnesium that enhances the retention of magnesium in the body used alone or with other magnesium forms if the body is getting adequate amounts, but is having trouble retaining it within body cells. This large molecule Magnesium Orotate enters the cells more slowly, but it also stays in the cells longer. Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body, including, maintaining muscle and nerve function, heart rhythm, and supporting a healthy immune system, as well as keeping bones strong.
